Volcano Bay Waterpark Construction Update #26 ~ Universal Orlando Resort

In our latest update on Volcano Bay we got another little tease from Krakatau Aqua Coaster and more:

So as you can see, our big story of the week was all the action on the water coaster. First we noticed the raft with a test dummies very close to dispatch:

Then from our Turkey Lake Rd. angle we saw a raft propped up on the station platform. Also from this angle, we saw some water running off the side of the station:

Over at Honu and Ika Moana, we saw a raft moving on the lift but no water running this week:

The base of Krakatau Mountain continues to see scaffolding being removed and we now see more details. The pathway coming out of the volcano has some great mossy details nearby:

Over by Runnamukka Reef, rock-work continues to develop around the lazy river cave and around the water coaster above:

The stairs and Ko’Okiri Body Plunge platform are continuing to see constant work every time we check on the site:

The newer structure in the park is continuing to grow and get more complex:

We also saw a new vinyl covering go in outside a future restaurant location:

These other 3 structures will still need the same treatment as above. Also, next to the cabanas, area we notice a large yellow structure as well:

The newer giant hut-style structures continue to grow as well:

Wrapping up with a look outside the park we can see the work on the shuttle road is starting to become more solid with roadwork. We also notice the entry portal has some more rock-work taking place:

We also wanted to extend a shout-out to all the hard working people putting in great effort to make Volcano Bay a reality for us all!
