Extend the Adventure of Busch Gardens into 2017
The 2017 Busch Gardens Fun Card is now on sale for only the price of a one day 2016 ticket.
With the purchase of a 2016 one day ticket to the park, you can now enjoy the park all year-long.
End 2016 with Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer and friends during Christmas Town; then come back in 2017 for seven more great events spanning 2017.
Busch Gardens kicks off 2017 with Real Music. The multi generational music festival featuring 8 headlining artists to the park for two shows daily, excluding Sundays, from January 9th through March 4th.

- Wrapping up the event with Lee Greenwood starting on 2/27
After jamming to the beat with Real Music, Busch Gardens will tempt us with some tasty treats during Busch Gardens’ Food & Wine Festival on weekends March 4th – April 30th. In 2017, the extended festival offers more unique culinary offerings and promises bigger concerts then ever. (line-up is to be announced).
Sesame Street Safari of Fun Kids Weekends returns in 2017 to the park on May 6 & 7 and 13 & 14 for two fun weekends, but different weekends . This kid centric event features animal encounters, parades, dance parties, animal ambassadors and special Sesame Street Guests guests.
Later in May, internationally known animal expert Jungle Jack Hanna hosts Jack Hanna Weekend for two wild days of travel tales, wild animals, as well as your chance to meet Jungle Jack himself.
Spin out on Busch Gardens’ newest ride Cobra’s Curse June 16 – August 6 during Summer Nights.
With extended hours and cooler night, Summer Nights is the time to experience the some of Florida’s best coasters in the dark; then end your day with a thrilling finale featuring all new entertainment.
Sesame Street returns October 21, 22, 28, 29 for Sesame Street Safari of Fun “Halloween” Kids Weekends for festive arts and crafts, trick-or-treat candy stations and a hay bale maze.
All leading back to 2017 Christmas Town.

Busch Gardens Tampa is also the proud recipient of the 2016 Liseberg Applause Award from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. This prestigious Award is awarded Biannually to a park whose management, operations and creative accomplishments have inspired the industry with foresight, originality and sound business development. A few of the past winners have included, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Dollywood, Cedar Point and sister park Busch Gardens Williamsburg.
For those unfamiliar with the award, it is equal to an Academy Award or Oscar for the theme park industry.
