Cobra’s Curse Construction Update #5 ~ Busch Gardens Tampa
Our latest visit to the park finds the Snake King more and more ready to strike! That all starts with the king himself making his appearance as we showed you last time:
Over at the future entrance to the dig site (queue) we find the construction workers hard at work designing the great entrance that was revealed in our last update. Here we can assume that the silvery parts are the snake-like rock-work:
New this update is we have confirmation from the park the track layout has been completed even down in the tunnel way:
Also since our last update we see all the first drop track in place:
Inside the train house we discover that one train has been loaded onto the track:
Transformer and generator have also been installed:
From what we can see the queue is also making great progress here with the outside queue work showing signs of development and the queue building as well:
From there we head for the station area to see a nice roof has been installed and work continues on that. Also on the station platform scaffolding is in place with likely lighting and ceiling themeing taking place:
On the edge of Africa pathway we notice a new pathway being developed behind a wall which could eventually lead and connect to a pathway for he coaster:
Closing out it appears they have at least moved the lift tower once as not the other track platform is raised.
